Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return your ActionVideoCams 580x(NTSC) or 550x(PAL) helmet cam, and/or DVR, unused and undamaged, with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. The ELMO SUV-Cam can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you use the ELMO SUV-Cam, you can not return it. ELMO products are warrantied by ELMO. The VIO POV can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you use the VIO POV, you can not return it. VIO products are warrantied by VIO. Contact VIO for specific details at 1-888-579-2267. ATC-2000 and ATC3K Adventure Cams can only be returned if the package is unopened and undamaged, with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents, within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you open the original packaging, you CAN NOT return it. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original packing slip. ALL OREGON SCIENTIFIC ATC-2000s and ATC3Ks are WARRANTIED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
