Your satisfaction is important to us.  You can return your ActionVideoCams 580x(NTSC) or 550x(PAL) helmet cam, and/or DVR, unused and undamaged, with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. Send us an e-mail       (via our Contact Page) for a return authorization. 

The VholdR Contour HD can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you use the ContourHD, you can not return it. VholdR products are warrantied by Twenty20. Contact Twenty20 for specific details at 1-866-397-6920. The AIM SmartyCam can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you use the SmartyCam, you can not return it. AIM products are warrantied by AIM Sports. Contact AIM for specific details at 1-800-718-9090. GoPro products can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. The ELMO SUV-Cam can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you use the ELMO SUV-Cam, you can not return it. ELMO products are warrantied by ELMO. Contact ELMO USA CORP for specific details at 1-800-947-ELMO. The VIO POV can only be returned , unused, and undamaged with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents within 14 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you use the VIO POV, you can not return it. VIO products are warrantied by VIO. Contact VIO for specific details at 1-888-579-2267. ATC-2000, ATC3K, and ATC5K Adventure Cams can only be returned if the package is unopened and undamaged, with the original packing slip, box and all manuals and warrantee documents, within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking charge. If you open the original packaging, you CAN NOT return it. All returns MUST be accompanied by the original packing slip. ALL OREGON SCIENTIFIC ATC-2000, ATC3K and ATC5K are WARRANTIED BY THE MANUFACTURER. Contact Oregon Scientific for warranty information at 1-800-853-8883. C.O.D.s are not accepted.  DVDs, lenses, and other accessories cannot be returned.

All orders are promptly processed and shipped. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours for all in stock items. All special orders and back orders will ship as soon as we recieve them.  Shipping Options include: USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
