Returns must be unused and undamaged, with the original receipt and we'll refund your money. It's that simple. ATC-2000 Adventure Cams can only be returned if the package is unopened. If you open the original packaging, you CAN NOT return it. ALL OREGON SCIENTIFIC ATC-2000s are WARRANTEED BY THE MANUFACTURER. Contact Oregon Scientific for warranty information.
